After a windy day you can see piles of dead ones along the streets. <br />It is good to have you back. One day those kids will be all grown up and you will have lots of time for quilting and blogging.Julie Fukudahttps://www.blogger.com/profile/15704374750710761269noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-5175671672721833449.post-71766594847590081762015-11-15T23:01:38.444-08:002015-11-15T23:01:38.444-08:00How lovely to see Ben and his quilt together. Your investment in the Toad Lilies' future has paid off;). So interestingly beautiful. Ahhhhh umbrellas. We rarely use umbrellas here but when we do need one, I sure appreciate the high quality Japanese umbrellas we brought back in our sea shipment! They open so smoothly and they are so strong compared with most umbrellas made here. With losing them and kids breaking them, I just couldn't spend anymore money on umbrellas. I love the quilt. It is so colorful and fun!! I'm hoping now that summer is over and all the canning is finally done, I can start quilting again. I just finally updated my blog; good grief, its been a year since I posted! ah!Michellehttps://www.blogger.com/profile/01613890592830485572noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-5175671672721833449.post-12367533114837668722015-11-14T18:08:42.200-08:002015-11-14T18:08:42.200-08:00Oh! It has been raining often in our piece of Texas too. We don't use umbrellas very much here in rainy NW Washington state. They say you can always tell a tourist or a newcomer because they carry an umbrella. We are so used to the rain that we don't bother with umbrellas - sometimes a hood - or even a knit hat - but no umbrellas -makes it easier too, to not have to worry about them. Hope yours stay with you instead of going missing.JoAnn ( Scene Through My Eyes)https://www.blogger.com/profile/12621061028973446378noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-5175671672721833449.post-78783096501804929222015-11-14T07:40:04.365-08:002015-11-14T07:40:04.365-08:00That is a happy boy! The sleeve's dry quickly.
