In my town our library yard was overrun with poplar saplings that had sprung up, holes dug in the lawn by the gophers and just general disrepair of the flower boxes and wooden walkway. It is a territorial government building but they have had no interest in doing any outside work on it for the last three years. I planted flowers in the boxes earlier in the summer, but really it looked terrible and tourists would comment to the librarian that they didn't know if the library was open because of the outside state of disrepair. Well in July one of the service groups (like Lions club, although I don't think it was them) offered to come out and clean up the yard. They did a fantastic job, cutting out all the overgrowth, repairing and painting a lot of the wood structures and filling in gopher holes, as well as just general clean up of the yard. I was thrilled. There are three people on the library board. Two of us work full time and the third has some mobility issues, so we were very grateful for the help as we were not getting around to doing it. Your Mola looks very good to me. I know what you mean about trying to sort out the process for something you haven't done before. It does take some brain work.Janethttps://www.blogger.com/profile/17104565945520530658noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-5175671672721833449.post-49875285621915209472017-08-30T01:28:33.141-07:002017-08-30T01:28:33.141-07:00Your garden does look lovely and neat with all the...Your garden does look lovely and neat with all the work.
